Perfectly tempered

The cooling units are perfectly aligned to the functions of our SBS cool storage and deep-freeze rooms. They stand out due to their above-average refrigerating capacity, operating safety and easy assembly and care. All models are monoblock units, equipped with electronic control. They operate via capillary tube injection, and have automatic hot-gas defrosting. The fully air-tight compressors are operated using the environmentally friendly cooling agent R404A. Excellently processed with corrosion-resistant materials, the cooling units have a long life expectancy. A 5-metre cable set, including cables for the door contact switch, cold room lighting with lamp enclosed and for the door frame heater (for low-temperature models BAS, BSB, BGM only), is included in the scope of delivery.


Piggy-back

GM type piggy-back cooling sets are monoblock units with electronic control and cooling capacities between 620 and 3920 W. With the standard version, the unit is hinged onto an opening in the chamber wall, prepared in the works, or inserted into the chamber wall using an assembly kit. This means that the evaporator is positioned inside the chamber, while the machine part is on the outside. As a result, it can be assembled very easily and quickly. The housing of the condenser is made of powder-coated, painted steel plate. The fully air-tight compressors operate very quietly, thanks to special sound insulation. The heat exchangers are manufactured from serrated pipe, increasing their efficiency. The new-generation electronic control with user-friendly user interface can be programmed to meet the plant’s requirements. Not only can it be connected to a remote control system – it also enables several refrigerating sets to be synchronised in one cold storage room.

Top

SB type top cooling sets are monoblock units with electronic control and cooling capacities between 988 and 5853 W. The unit is embedded in an opening in the chamber ceiling, prepared in the works. This means that the evaporator is positioned inside the chamber, while the machine part is on the outside. As a result, it can be assembled very easily and quickly.
The housing of the condenser and the evaporator is made of powder-coated, painted steel plate. The new-generation electronic control with user-friendly user interface can be programmed to meet the plant’s requirements.

In-wall

AS type in-wall cooling sets are monoblock units with electronic control and cooling capacities between 3666 and 12711 W.
The cooling unit is inserted into an opening in the chamber wall, prepared in the works. This means that the evaporator is positioned inside the chamber, while the machine part is on the outside. As a result, it can be assembled very easily and quickly.
The housing of the condenser and the evaporator is made of powder-coated, painted steel plate. The defrost water receptacle for condensate forming beneath the evaporator is made of aluminium and, in the case of the low-temperature models, has a heating system for the defrosting phase. Corrosion-resistant materials make the units particularly durable and hygienic. The new-generation electronic control with user-friendly user interface can be programmed to meet the plant’s requirements.
